Are you supplying around the world?
Yes, we supply our products globally. Additionally, we offer guidance through the regulatory process, assisting you in complying with stringent quality standards in over 50 countries. Our commitment extends beyond products to support your success in diverse markets.
Do you have a 24/7 customer service?
Our customer service is available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:00, excluding mandatory holidays in Québec, Canada. For any urgent matters outside these times, please send us a message, and we’ll address your concerns at the earliest opportunity.
Do you have an internal lab? What types of testing can you provide, and what is the testing process?
Yes, we have an internal laboratory primarily for product release testing. However, we do not offer testing services for customers. Our internal testing focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of our products before release. If you have specific inquiries or require information on our testing process, feel free to reach out to our team.
